- GHGreg HamiltonSep 29, 20255.0Had a wonderful first experience with the Dufferin Crescent location today, TD was the only bank I was able to get the branch on the phone for a question and not some call center. Not currently a customer, I took a chance to stop in without an appointment, wait in line to ask if anyone was available for more questions on options rebuilding my credit. After a short wait in their comfy sitting area, I was approached by Asia, she took time out of her day to listen and ask me questions then made time for me to look into my options for products. I left feeling valued and understood with an optimistic outlook in what can be a difficult situation. I look forward to returning to this branch.
- LBLuc BouvierAug 18, 20251.0i tried getting text notifications set up on my account and all they said is "thats not possible you need online banking" and i tell them that i dont want online banking because ive had all my money taken before simply for having the APP on my phone and they say "well thats the only way you can get notifications for your purchases" which is spitting in my face honestly as if i dont know about the vulnerabilities tied to having online banking
