She made a mistake with the account, (easily proved) and instead of apologizing, refused to admit fault and treated me with contempt, even though I was trying to work with her to find a solution. Submitting a formal complaint to the company is disappointingly ineffective as it's their policy to not tell you what, if anything, is going to be done about the problem. They did not seem to care about their employees mistakes or attitude.
