    Just went into the branch to get help dealing with fraudulent charges and a new card. I had Ish as my teller and he was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind . Made the experience less painful as someone who hates going into the bank I can definitely say I will be back to that branch with good service like that ! Give this man a raise!

    I have been at this branch for 30 years and at TD all my life. I don’t often go into the branch but have over the last few months for a credit line renewal. I noticed how much the service at the Mission branch has deteriorated. Three times we’ve had appointments booked that the TD staff did not turn up to. There is no front desk anymore so when one has an appointment they just sit in the waiting chairs with no one knowing they are there. This resulted in our credit line being set at a high interest rate (fixed now by a staff member that actually did his job). And I now hear that the unorganized person has moved to a manager! I’m not the only one with similar issues though different staff members. As others have said the lines are ridiculous but the staff is friendly - though most seem inexperienced. For the first time in my life I’m looking for another bank for both my personal and business accounts.

As a 20-year-old client of TD Bank, I recently fell victim to an elaborate online job scam that has completely wiped out my savings. I was lured into a fake job opportunity involving reviewing Costco products, which ultimately led to me transferring approximately $37,000 CAD to the scammers over a span of just 10 days. This sum represented my entire life savings, and I am now left with virtually no balance in my account. I am deeply concerned that during this period, TD Bank did not flag these unusually large and frequent email transfers as potentially fraudulent. An alert or warning could have prevented me from losing my hard-earned money. I have already filed a police report regarding this scam, and they advised me to contact my bank immediately to seek assistance in recovering the stolen funds. Despite visiting my local TD Bank branch daily, I have received little to no help. The fraud department has already declined my initial application for assistance, which has left me feeling abandoned and helpless. As a long-standing client of over 20 years, I sincerely hope that TD Bank can take a more proactive approach in helping me recover my lost money. I understand that recovering the full amount may be challenging, but I believe that with the bank's resources and expertise, there must be some way to mitigate my losses. I look forward to your prompt response and a concrete plan of action to address this dire situation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    "I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service at the TD Bank branch in Mission, BC. The wait times are unacceptable, often exceeding 40-45 minutes. I have consistently observed that despite having eight teller stations, only two or three are staffed at any given time, which causes significant delays. It is particularly concerning to see senior citizens forced to stand in line for such a long period. The branch seems to lack an efficient system for managing customer flow. Furthermore, there appears to be a high turnover of staff, as I rarely see the same employees, and the new employees seem to be inadequately trained. This inconsistency and lack of proper training have a significant impact on the quality of service.
