- DGDave GMar 30, 20255.0We recently booked an appointment at this branch to open new accounts for our kids. We knew it wouldn't be a quick process, but Leah L. (our Associate) was even more prepared than we were! She set up extra chairs, brought out coloring books and crayons, and made sure the kids had a front-row seat to everything happening. She engaged with them in such a sweet way, treating them like little adults! After everything was set up, we made two cash deposits, and I felt bad for making Leah count all those coins! Then, when we tried our new cards at the ATM, we ran into an issue. Leah quickly got back on her computer and fixed it in no time. We were in the branch for over an hour, and through it all, Leah was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient—both personally and technically. Thank you, Leah, for making this such a smooth, stress-free, and even fun experience for our family!

I was making a deposit for my wedding. What was supposed to be a happy exciting experience was ruined and had me in tears. Ive given one star ONLY because the manager fixed her mistake. Awful.
