Your professionalism, kindness, and smile made my day better! I noticed my TD VISA card identity was stolen this early despite being on the call for over an hour talking with several people from different departments by precisely following the instructions from Mobile APP, I was not able to get on the right party I needed for to receive a resolution for this urgent concern! After specking with Clara about this pressing issue and when I was there to pay for the monthly payments, she immediately started helping me and providing some support as well as making some calls to the proper group who is responsible for handling fraud cases. The man who was on the call with me was also amazing and treated this as a priority and proceeded with the prompt solution right away. It took only less than 15 mins to clear up my worries! Cannot thank you both enough! My heartfelt gratitude is endless! Thank you so much! I will definitely come back with my daily banking service here! My highest recommendation for everyone!
