I had a complex problem that had me calling TD multiple times, and honestly, I was getting nowhere—it felt like I'd spoken to five different agents. Then I talked to Derek at this branch. Derek was patient and truly understanding of what I was dealing with. He didn't just read from a script; he clearly knew the system and was able to fix my issues much faster and better than any of the previous phone agents. He turned a frustrating experience into a quick resolution. Excellent customer service!
