My family and I have been loyal TD clients for many years, and every other home branch has always made us feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, this location is the complete opposite. The staff here are disorganized and make even simple business banking tasks unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, a staff member appeared to know the contents of my safety deposit box — a serious breach of privacy and confidentiality. Completely unacceptable. ⭐ 0/5 — This branch needs major improvement in professionalism, efficiency, and respect for client privacy.

But once they look up my account and learned my last name, the lady then tells me she cant issue me the funds im after this am. I was like pardon me? I have money in my account. Id like to make a withdrawal please. She continue to tell me no and they wont serve me . To the point im now upset and embarrassed. Even the bank manager said no and my account was now frozen and I need to wait for a phone call from the bank. Im literally so upset. And feel targeted as an Asian in a white community. I will be taking my story to Global News. As this is NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!!!
