I was assisted by a very kind lady who treated me with respect and professionalism. I provided my password key, phone number, and successfully received the verification code — everything went perfectly fine with her. However, when she asked for authorization from her supervisor, his behavior toward me was very rude and disrespectful. Even though my English is not very strong, I clearly provided the correct date of my last transaction, and all my information was verified correctly. Despite that, he spoke to me in a hostile and dismissive way, made me wait unnecessarily, and in the end refused to complete the process even though everything was in order. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that no other customer is treated this way.
