- JMJas MiddarDec 24, 20251.0Made appointment to open a checking account. The lady couldn’t help me and said that I’ll get back to you. Never call me. I left an email to open account so I moved on and I’ll open a different account in a different bank horrible people at the Langley TD trust.
- MMMattDec 21, 20251.0I tried getting a mortgage through them and had an online appointment. They never sent me the forms that they said they would. After requesting forms to fill out, they finally sent them. My wife and I filled them all out and never heard back ever again. Additionally, each time I've been there it's been so slow.

He was so calm, polite and patiently explained me everything and made sure that I didn't have any doubts. Even on the second appointment with him regarding cards he was really helpful. We need more knowledgeable bankers like him at this branch.
