Because of the covid, they told me to get into App line up and had to wait for 30 min when the app telling me there was 3 people waiting in line. Couldn't wait that went in, and found out that a lot of people were just in the line getting everything done, when i was seating in the car for 30 min, didn't know there was actual line and just found out that the person who had to send the text when its my turn wasn't doing it for 30 min until i complained. Not organized at all
