To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing. We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel. If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.

I called to speak with a financial advisor and was told to call somewhere else and told they couldn't help me. I know exactly what I needed and who to speak with, and this is the place I needed to talk to. A teller at a branch will not be able to give financial advice nor explain rrsps, so this was a very highly inappropriate response to my query.
