I ordered some foreign currency and received a voice message to come to the branch to pick it up. There was a very long line up so I waited 20 minutes to reach a teller. I finally get to the counter, gave him my name, expected to receive the money right away. But no he said we are short staffed please take a seat. I said I've already waited a long time. Sorry we are short staffed. So I go sit down, he serves four customers and doesn't even look at me. 10 more minutes goes by. I've had it. I work 10 hour days Mon to Fri, I do not want to spend my day off sitting in a bank. Absolutely awful. I left. I am not sure how I am going to get the money I paid for other than coming during my lunch hour.
