I went in today to sort out a few issues for my boyfriend and brother, and everyone was super helpful and patient. Even though there was a bit of a line — we waited around 10 minutes — once it was our turn, they didn’t rush us at all, even with people waiting behind. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. There were three employees who were especially great, I just wish I knew their names to thank them properly!

After my second visit I can say with all certainty that I will never return to this branch. The service from the tellers was condescending, rude and counterproductive in taking care of my simple banking needs. I will be requesting a transfer to their Mission branch and if that's not possible I will transfer to another bank entirely. That's how disappointing this branch is.

In my visit today the tellers were gossiping and eye rolling about a customer and particular transaction in clear earshot of other customers in line, in a highly unprofessional manner without concern for customer privacy or banking experience. Avoid this particular branch.

If I was nasty, rude, whatever I would understand but I even clarified I had no hostilities and spoke calmly and quietly. Seems like this is a consistent issue. Money problems can ruin lives, the least you can do is not be straight up hostile, seemingly unprovoked.
- WLWalter LaskowskiOct 24, 20252.0This bank used to be friendly, quick, and dependable. Today there was 2 tellers open when I got in line, with only one person in front of me. After seeing numerous people walk in, wait, and leave, and the wait creeping on 30 minites(no joke), the lady in front of me suggested getting someone to help. The lady at a back desk, who appeared to be in management type role, dismissed the suggestion and we waited another 10 before we both moved to a teller. While this bank may be busier now that the spall plaza location has shut down, I don’t know why some of those employees aren’t working here. Another 30 minute wait and it will be time to look at other bank options. Very horrible service today
