Thankfully, I met Jose at the KLO branch. He was incredibly helpful, apologetic, and truly understood the frustrations I’d been through. Jose went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and care completely turned my experience around. He’s a real asset to TD!

Her attitude needs to be more amicable, otherwise nobody wants to come to this bank anymore. Just letting you know.
