Then last said she can't cash it because I don't have an account. Ok so why did I put my card in n pin . Then found out I do have an account. Then instead they are gonna hold it. Same cheque I cashed 2 weeks ago. So was to confused whats the reason why they didn't want to cash my cheque. At this point they were embarrassed they denied I had an account then choose to hold my cheque. So I brought my cheque back to Westbank n this branch was happy to cash my cheque with no holds! So I would to like the reason why Kamloops branch embarrassed me this morning! Manager was very in pleaset to deal with!! Never again!!!
