She smile while assisting me. Knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the bank. If you ever need help while doing your bank transactions look for SHIROMI. She's awesome 👍

I was with her for about 15 minutes, and she went through each of my questions one by one without rushing. Truly an asset to TD Bank! I loved her service and kind nature. Feels like TD Northshore branch finally has some genuinely great people. Whenever I visit, I make sure to go to her. Brilliant service by her!

I’ve had issues with basic transactions, ridiculous delays in processing, and contradictory information every time I speak to someone. If you value your time, sanity, or money, I’d suggest steering far, far away from ICBC. There are better options literally everywhere else. I regret ever opening an account with them
