- DCDi CkNov 22, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this branch. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff member made it clear they had no interest in helping me. Their tone was dismissive, their attitude was unfriendly, and they acted as if my questions were a burden. When I asked for clarification about a simple banking issue, I was met with eye-rolling, sighs, and short, rude responses. Instead of explaining things properly, they spoke in a condescending way as if I should already understand everything. At one point, they even turned away while I was still speaking, which was incredibly disrespectful. I visit banks expecting professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer care — none of which I received here. This experience left me frustrated, embarrassed, and honestly shocked that a bank would allow employees to treat customers this way. Anyway I did close my Business account and I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it if they value respectful and helpful service.
