- DRDarren RobillardOct 17, 20231.0I’ve had nothing but the worst customer service at TD bank, sure there are some nice staff working inside the Fernie branch, but customer service is horrible. I have accounts with other banks and don’t have near the problems. I was initially going to move all my banking over to TD, but that would have been a mistake. I see I have been responded to and will absolutely send an email, look forward to the response on my concerns.

I put up a request for an urgent hand typed document from them to confirm my account details and financial portfolio. Explained exactly about what details I needed. Inspite of that, after three days I received an email with 6 months of account statement. How ridiculous is this?? To my surprise, how can a branch manager be so ignorant? Finally, I had to call a branch in Calgary and they delivered the document in less than 30 minutes. It sucks to be in a small town like Fernie with poor banking facilities. TD has never disappointed me. But for the first time ever, I've seen a branch manager so ignorant and rude and basically having issues understanding English inspite of being a native Canadian!
