Despite the online hours indicating the branch is open, it is frequently closed when I arrive. Furthermore, I have experienced a complete lack of accountability regarding customer support. The phone representatives direct me to the branch, while the branch staff direct me back to the phone lines. This 'runaround' suggests a refusal to take responsibility, and as a result, I have decided to close my accounts with TD.

Absolutely a fantastic experience, they care about their customers and want to help them out. Thank you for making my day a little bit better.

I had some other bank related issues, which I had put off for a long time, were magically resolved by her while I was there for one reason. It seems as though she read my thoughts. Outstanding customer service, very courteous, and well-versed in her field. If I could, I would give it ten stars.

I have been trying for 3 days to talk to someone ,and every day I don't get ahold of someone I am losing money! I would never switch to this bank based on this bad experience. People need to talk to people, not machines!
