- JJJTJul 12, 20251.0I recently visited the bank and had a truly disappointing experience with one of the tellers. Brown woman, teller was incredibly rude. She was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my presence, making what should have been a simple transaction into an uncomfortable ordeal. Her lack of professionalism and poor attitude left a very negative impression. I expect much better service from a financial institution.

We brought in a large inheritance cheque drawn on a TD account and the manager said they had to put a hold on it, and were we actual clients of this branch. The teller brought the cheque into his office where he could have looked us up from the name on the cheque and looked at where the cheque was drawn from but he is so bad he didn’t and instead we took our cheque to the Scotia bank with no hold on it. And that’s where it sits now.
