Usually I have seen people who are rude for no reason but this experience was pleasant. If you visit this branch, definitely look for Swaati!

I had a tight timeline over the holidays to withdraw funds from some registered accounts to complete a real estate purchase on time. Kareena politely explained the usual number of days required and the possibility that it could take longer. Then, she prepared my transactions and took the initiative to double check everything and have her manager review and sign the documents promptly to minimize the risk of errors and any delay. Then she submitted the requests that same day. This was a stressful situation but she did everything she could to make it occur as fast as possible while explaining the timeline and process to me, so she minimized my stress level. Then I received all of the funds very quickly, far earlier than expected, thanks to Kareena being diligent and proactive! Thank you Kareena for the great service!
