- MTMuskan ThindDec 23, 20251.0Update Dec 26, 2026: scotia couldnt do anything as it wasnt their fault to begin with and TD still hasnt fix anything. Nothing being sorted out and their employee messed up everything before Christmas. Now, I’m stuck with the loan being drawn out of personal account and I cant spend a dime as there is a $10k negative amount on my scotia account, all meanwhile I had $10k in my brother’s Td account to pay the auto loan from. Dec 23, 2026 : I have been to 4 branches and none of them are great or super helpful or fast, but this one by far is the worse. Untrained staff who doesn’t how to take payment from an account. I went to close my auto loan and the teller Priya was supposed to pull $ from my brother’s checking account to pay off my loan but somehow she ended up processing from my scotia account instead. How dumb can someone do that. And then they made me a bank deposit to take to scotia to deposit there as after all the $ was taken from there. The manager came to help us didn’t even tried to say sorry or fix anything.. literally made their mistake my responsible and now im wasting the rest of my day doing stuff i shouldn't have to be doing.

- GPGeoffrey PNov 24, 20251.0Not enough tellers at appropriate times. Line ups go to the door at lunch time (most of the day, and they only one teller to help customers. There were three, but two tellers just up and left. Always disappointing at this branch. There are other employees in the bank, but they never come up to help or acknowledge the line or let customers know what’s going on.

Always employees sitting around in different offices or whatever while maybe 2 tellers (3 on a really good) are trying to help a line up almost out the door. Not to mention the express business line has been closed
