Which matches all there criteria... I feel it may be a scam to solicit personal information and they sell it for their own gain....they say I was declined for absolutely no given reason... they had told me I was approved for different amounts 3 times and they called me and approved me the 4th time for a very little amount just to tell me minutes later that I have not been approved for anything. Their staff seems very untrained and is not professional at all.
