  I recently moved to the area and needed to make a transaction at the branch. A lovely Black lady with a warm and welcoming smile assisted me a few weeks ago. She was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about banking procedures and explained everything clearly. She even took the time to ask if I was satisfied with the service I received — and I truly was, more than satisfied. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made my experience exceptional. She is absolutely wonderful!

  Hardly ever have good interactions with the staff here, either that, or system issues for the simplest transactions. Do NOT recommend.

  They apparently didn't want to accept our deposit cash this most recent visit. Not to mention the numerous times over the past 4 years I've had issues simply making deposits into the same account. Always a different issue.

  I visited the bank because I needed to obtain a $50,000 transaction record that I must submit this Thursday. A Black female staff member assisted me at the counter. I explained the transaction date and method and told her that I wanted to receive the transaction receipt. She told me that I should have received it at the time of the transaction. I replied that I knew that, but she repeated twice that I must have already received it. I explained that I lost it, which is why I came to the bank to get another copy. From the beginning, her tone and attitude felt argumentative and dismissive, as if she were speaking to someone who didn’t understand basic banking procedures. She asked me what kind of transaction it was and listed several options. I explained that I had gone to TD Bank and requested the transfer by EFT, and I even showed her the related record. She handed me a small slip and said, “This is all.” Then she added that a wire transfer receipt would be a long one, implying that I was mistaken. I clarified that I never said it was a wire transfer and had clearly mentioned EFT multiple times. She responded in a dismissive way, saying “Okay, whatever, it doesn’t matter,” several times — loud enough for other customers to hear. My business partner and I both felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. During the process, she repeatedly asked two other staff members for help with her work, even for this simple request of printing a transaction record. I left the branch feeling humiliated. I run two businesses and frequently deal with banks, but I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by any bank employee. I believe this staff member needs additional training on professionalism and customer service. Since this branch is located in Korea Village, I am also concerned about how she might treat elderly Korean customers who may have difficulty communicating in English.
