- SDsiamak danandehDec 11, 20251.0Today, I had an appointment with a Persian speaking staff member named ( Soheil ) to discuss releasing my deposit. After collecting a large amount of my personal information, he began speaking to me with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. When he realized that I am Iranian, his behavior became worse, and he made an inappropriate comment saying that Iranians are gathering here. When I politely asked why all the information was needed, he told me that I was being “very rude.” I replied, “You are the one being rude.” Instead of correcting his behavior, he made another offensive comment about me in Persian in front of his colleagues.This behavior felt like harassment and even discrimination, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I am very upset about this experience, and I am disappointed that a reputable bank would employ someone who behaves in this manner
