You can receive good or bad service from most providers based on your personal approach. You need to remember that you are just dealing with people. Human beings. I have been with TD for more than 50 years and had four mortgages from them without a single episode. The branch I now deal with is the best one yet…! Try being nice for a change and see if that makes a difference.
