There's been times where they want to hold a government cheque where I've had to explain to them it's from the government definitely glad I switched banks.

My mother can barely walk on her own, she was asking about options rather than standing in line, girl said no options just come sit down at desk if available, just very cold and unsympathetic. When they were done the lady walked away and started doing something else before my mother stood up, l went over and just asked a question about my mother doing online banking. She rolled her eyes threw down what she was doing and went back to desk. I couldnt believe it, l said never mind if u r too busy. I was only asking about it. I will never deal with TD for this reason and so many people feel the same way.
