  Find this branch extremely rude. Tried getting help with a bounced deposit lady says you know you can do this over the phone easyline can also help you. There's been times where they want to hold a government cheque where I've had to explain to them it's from the government definitely glad I switched banks.

  Manager there was on a power trip. What I want to do with my money is MY business, not the banks. I shouldn't have to beg and plead, and be at the mercy of a power tripping manager whether I get my cash or not. On top of that the manager accused me in a roundabout way that me not giving him the specifics for wanting cash is suspicious, me standing there and not leaving waiting for him to give me cash is also suspicious. Just a slap on the face. There are many other ways manager could have gotten their "proof" that I'm not being frauded out of my money by a Nigerian prince scam. That's the reason he claimed he was withholding money from me. I even told him, I will sign the liability form; nope that's not good enough for him. He says liability comes after he is "satisfied" with my answer. I was late to an appointment and caved. And at the end of all that he didn't even get me to sign the liability form just proving further that he was full of it. I will be looking into switching banks in the near future. P.S. protecting elders from being frauded is a good thing, and explaining to various people the dangers of scams and frauds is a good thing, having then sign the form is somewhat questionable. But being at the complete mercy of a manager wether you get your money, and being accused and threatened by and employee of the bank is unacceptable and disgusting.

  Poor service .... Really poor. It's a weird thing really. My home branch in Abbotsford is exceptional. Having been a customer for decades and traveled across Canada a great deal. The song remains the same. Do yourself a favor and skip the snooty management and use the online Application or Telephone. . . The telephone reps are truly exceptional.
