- MMmattJul 25, 20251.0I have a real complaint about a newer male manager at this branch. I went in today as I had lots of money in my account, but could not access it for some reason. The teller is not sure why I cant access the funds, so she grabs a manager. I explain and we come to the conclusion it's cause I used the outside machine and its on hold until tomorrow. I explain it was my error and could I pls access 10% of it today as I have payments coming out of that account. He says really loud for the whole bank to hear "No" because I have a reputation of writing false cheques. I reply. I don't even write cheques and I have perfect credit, when did this happen. He wont give me a date.I leave the branch unsatisfied and unhelped as the manager convicted me of writing false cheques. Thats false and he owes me an apology. I go home and check my easyweb accounts, its wasn't a cheque I wrote it was my auto withdraw truck payment that bounced. Because I had the money, but couldnt access it. but i didnt realize or know this. The manager should have mentioned I had something bounce yesterday and also realized it wasnt a cheque when I told him i dont even have cheques and asked me a few more questions. Then I could have transferred some funds and made my truck payment asap. Instead, my visit to the bank left me asking more questions and returning to 2 more banks after.
