  Horrible - bank manager held my funds outside of their own bank policy for a month after trying to DEPOSIT funds with a certified bank draft. Still do not have access to my money. 40 year customer. Will be going to the RCMP next week.

  Had the pleasure of dealing with a teller named Ying and a Manager named Ahsia. Both were extremely professional and very pleasant in helping me resolve my business banking issues. Thank you. Your help was much appreciated.

  Oct 5, 2025 at 11:30am. First time visiting this TD branch and I was very disappointed. The branch itself was closed, which I expected, but what I didn’t expect was that the ATM area was also locked. If you’re going to have an ATM in a separate section, it should be accessible outside of regular banking hours. Otherwise, what’s the point? Customers should be able to access basic banking services like withdrawals and deposits at any time, not just when the branch is open. Very frustrating experience.

  Why don’t you have any contact information? There’s no email address, no specific phone number—nothing. Even the smallest shops have these details at the bottom of their website. Why don’t the business regulators hold you accountable for this? I have a serious problem with my credit card and I wasted half my day today, but I couldn’t find any reliable way to contact you—no email, nothing. Honestly, this is unacceptable. I don’t want to talk on the phone because I need a written record that I can refer to later for legal reasons, and phone calls don’t provide that. It’s outdated and inefficient. Is TD Bank, in 2025, seriously trying to resolve my issue only by phone? It’s so frustrating to have to repeat my 12-digit account number over and over to someone whose voice I can barely recognize, and to worry that they’ll make a mistake. Just like you got my date of birth wrong, and for years all my documents have had problems because exchanging long numbers and sensitive information over the phone is outdated and insecure. Don’t you understand this, or are you just being deliberately unhelpful?
