He was only unwilling to do it because “he didn’t know who I was”. Just a member of TD for almost 20 years. I had another manager do the exact same thing for me not long ago. Don’t bank here.

The branch itself was closed, which I expected, but what I didn’t expect was that the ATM area was also locked. If you’re going to have an ATM in a separate section, it should be accessible outside of regular banking hours. Otherwise, what’s the point? Customers should be able to access basic banking services like withdrawals and deposits at any time, not just when the branch is open. Very frustrating experience.
