Missed opportunity to provide a good service, connect with a client and to discuss/update banking options. Short sighted newbie advisor (R.P) with missed opportunity to bring more business to TD but their loss not mine. TD customer for long time and generally a proud shareholder but this is concerning. People make appointments for a reason - don't make assumptions or dismiss their needs.

All three counters ocuppied with customers n not done, meanwhile there r four more staffs standing there talking to each other. What kind of customer service is that??
