Missed opportunity to provide a good service, connect with a client and to discuss/update banking options. Short sighted newbie advisor (R.P) with missed opportunity to bring more business to TD but their loss not mine. TD customer for long time and generally a proud shareholder but this is concerning. People make appointments for a reason - don't make assumptions or dismiss their needs.
- JAja azSep 27, 20251.0My name is Jalil Azizi, I visited this branch today September 27, 2025 at around 10 am a young Asian lady woh was at far left of the counter. By the time I arrived and she called me she had no smile with very bad vibe. I could easily guess she was not going to help. She was impolite and unprofessional. She exposed my financial information and challenges by speaking loud and people next to me heard her statement about my account and financial issues. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. She really needs training both personal and professional. She had prejudgment mind set when spoke with me. Another issue with the bank is that the employees mix clearly shows you lack of diversity and multiculturalism which must be addressed. I won’t go to this branch anymore.

All three counters ocuppied with customers n not done, meanwhile there r four more staffs standing there talking to each other. What kind of customer service is that??
