When I tried to cancel the appointment online, the reference number is invalid, hence, I already booked a new appointment. I simply thought the old one “invalid” due to I rebooked a new one and it automatically canceled. She called me and asked if I am on the way, I explained the situation. She just hang up on me without saying anything. As TD customer for a very long time, plus, I do understand and respect other people time so I tried to cancel it online but the system did not allowed me. It is a honest mistake and shouldn’t be treated like that. As customer representative myself- hang up the phone on clients is one of the worst thing you can do without any explanation. 1 star for the customer service. Other bank like Scotiabank and CIBC, their staffs are much nicer and welcomed. At least they will never hang up the phone on you like a kid.
