  I have been business banking with Td for over 25 years, and if I could give this branch and their management is zero star I would. I came in two weeks ago To send a wire transfer overseas, they gave me a receipt and said the wire transfer has gone through. After they gave me the receipt, they told me that they were missing information from the recipient. And that my wire was stuck in transition in there wire department that they have no access to. They said that they would reach out to them and return my money in five business days. It’s been two weeks and I’m starting to get really pissed off. Tim Wu, Who is the manager, There continues telling me that my money is on its way. He has no idea what he’s talking about. He is completely unprofessional and ignorant. If you plan to open a bank account here I would think twice I have no idea where they hire these people from, and how They train them. It’s unbelievable that I’m still waiting two weeks for the wire transfer that they screwed up. They told me that it would be back in five business days still waiting.😡

  Wish I can give no star to this location because of their staff. Over the time, I see the professionalism of this branch has become intolerably terrible because of the current management. Couple of days back while we went to do our banking, we noticed a child, seems like one of Manager’s or supervisor’s son, playing, eating some food and running back and fourth where the staff was working. Some Tellers are very incompetent and can’t do the basics of their job. They end up asking other staff members to help them to finish simple transactions.

  I went to order a debit card with printed name on it. The employe (H.C) told me I would have to wait 2 weeks to receive. One month has passed, nothing received. I've got an email from TD for notification that there is strike and delay going on. So I went back to double check if my card has received at the store yet but the other employe told me that there's still strike going on and I cannot gauranteed for when I would get it. I asked him since when does the strike has started and he told me maybe about 2 months to 3 months which I do not understand why did the First employe tell me I would get in 2 weeks and I even asked it twice to make sure. The employe must be acknowledged the condition or circumstance that is going on in the working area, if not at least he should have not give me the false information.

  Thank God I don't actually bank here. Went here yesterday to pick up some coins I'd ordered through TD Precious Metals. I knew the order was there when the bank called me, addressed me by the wrong name and then hung up on me before I could clarify why they were calling. That set the tone for the visit. There was basically no lineup but it still took twenty minutes for the teller and the manager to figure out how to retrieve my items. The customer service overall was poor: barely a hello, no eye contact, no smiling, mumbled communications. By the time they finally managed to get two single coins into my hands, a massive lineup of 20 people had formed behind me. Seems like whoever manages this place doesn't do a good job at training staff or maintaining a good service flow. Again, thank God I don't actually bank here and I'm sorry if you do. They couldn't give less of a hoot at this location. I'll never bank with TD.
