I deposited a cheque, and unlike in the past where all cheques were cleared immediately, this time they put a hold on my funds. I approached the managers for assistance, hoping for some clarity or resolution, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and did not provide any satisfactory solutions. I needed those funds for some emergency use. It's disappointing to see such inconsistency in service. I expect better from my bank, especially when it comes to handling deposits. I hope they work on improving their customer service and transparency moving forward. Otherwise I have to look for another option :(
