I deposited a cheque, and unlike in the past where all cheques were cleared immediately, this time they put a hold on my funds. I approached the managers for assistance, hoping for some clarity or resolution, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and did not provide any satisfactory solutions. I needed those funds for some emergency use. It's disappointing to see such inconsistency in service. I expect better from my bank, especially when it comes to handling deposits. I hope they work on improving their customer service and transparency moving forward. Otherwise I have to look for another option :(

Now without explanation they have decided to hold my pay checks. Have other products from TD in great outstanding status, good credit rating. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed. No issues at any other branch treated with respect and smile. Here. Not a chance. Horrible customer service from the customer service manager and branch manager. Cannot believe that this is the way of saying thank you for being a loyal client for 20 years. Moving my business elsewhere where you get treated with respect and appreciation. Because you will not get that at this branch.
