  I went to the Station Square branch on Oct 15. I was assisted by Nelson Tom. Very efficient, knowledgeable, excellent customer service. My wire payment was done properly that was at 5pm. And it did not take long for me to be there I say this because I went to the TD branch at 700 W Georgia. I was there for more than an hour. The teller Angel Cheung does not know what she was doing she kept going to her supervisor to ask for help. In the end she said she can't send my wire because I did not have a swift code Contrary to what Angel Cheung said Nelson Tom of the Station Square branch said the swift code was not needed since I have the information for my wire I give zero stars to the West Georgia branch for wasting my time. Five stars to Nelson Tom of Station Square

  My name is Jalil Azizi. I visited this branch on Wednesday September 24 around the afternoon to find out an issue and resolve it. A young Asian man as teller dealt with me. He treated me unpleasantly. Not professional and I had to spend a lot of time waiting. He did not treated me the same he treated Asian clients and it made me quite disappointed. He instead of helping created more headache for me. When I gently criticized him for not helping me, he added a long note to my profile and flagged me in their system to give a negative image to TD staff. He asked me to wait for his supervisor who was a young Caucasian man. The supervisor was very nice and he assisted me well in the past. I won’t go to this branch anymore because of the teller’s behaviour and the branch being not multicultural. The only none Asian staff that I saw there was that young supervisor. The bank manager must resolve these issues.

  I recently visited the branch to reactivate an account I hadn’t used in quite some time. I was warmly welcomed at reception, and when it was my turn at the counter, Tony handled everything seamlessly. Within around 30 minutes, he had reactivated my account, arranged a new debit card, and set up my online banking access. Very satisfied.

  I've been here 3 different times to deposit money and was never able to do so cause I only allotted 30mins to wait in line. First two times I had to leave, 3rd time it took 5 minutes to count 80 bills. I was told it will take long so i ended up leaving again. How do you have 8 teller spots and 2 people operating when the line is past reception?? Your counting machine didn't work, ok, count by hand. I see 2 people watching the poor girl count my money without bothering to help. Has td gotten so bad we all need to reserve a whole hour to deposit our money and cheques? This is unbelievable.
