- TRTriban RC100Oct 1, 20251.0Horrible Branch, Came here a few months ago to discuss about my business that I run in Vancouver. When the manager Franciso saw the balance on my account he suggested that the branch manager (A skinny asian lady) would help me in my banking needs. To my surprise she straight away started hinting about money laundering and how to bypass FINTRAC. I sat there completely zoned out without knowing how to reply. Horrible and Horrendous experience. When I used to visit Barb she would never ever have any conversation of this kind. TD pls do better and hire a better branch manager preferably Canadian grown unlike the Asian Lady who just eats cookies and sips on her Starbucks.
