- SSsamMay 30, 20251.0I needed cash urgently and came from a long distance. It was stated that the ATM is available 24/7, but when I arrived, your employee said “Sorry, we are closed.” Because of this, I had to use a Scotiabank ATM and paid a $3.00 fee. If security is the concern, please hire a guard or place the ATM outside. If it’s not truly available 24/7, please update this information. This situation caused me both time and financial loss.
