    I visited TD Bank on October 20, 2025, to deposit a cheque, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The employee who initially assisted me was very rude and unhelpful. She appeared to be a younger staff member and showed little interest in addressing my concerns. When I asked to speak with a manager, things only got worse. The manager not only lacked basic customer service skills, but also spoke with a condescending attitude, as if he owned the bank. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he made the situation more frustrating with his dismissive behavior. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I hope TD Bank takes steps to better train their staff in professionalism and customer service. I’ve been a customer for some time, but this kind of treatment makes me question continuing my relationship with this bank.

    1:50 am Aug 25 2025 The drive thru ATM doesn’t work. There was no sign indicating it was out of order. Was unable to do what I needed to do, very disappointing Waste of gas and time coming here!

    On July 21 around 12:30, I had an extremely frustrating experience at TD Bank. The bank was packed with customers, yet only two employees were visible, and neither seemed interested in assisting anyone. They were standing around, chatting, and ignoring the growing line. It was completely unprofessional. Several people got tired of waiting and walked out. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff either needs proper training or should be replaced. Time is valuable, and customers deserve better. Please address this issue urgently.
