- JSJaniye SoilsJan 5, 20261.0their drive thru ATM is awful, watched two people in front of me use it just fine, when i pull up and enter my card it suddenly turns off flashing out of service and doesn’t return my card. I go inside to see if they can help me to atleast retrieve my debit card and they assure me that there was absolutely nothing that they could do to help me other than get in the line with TWO forms of ID to get a new one as if anyone has that with them on their way to work. absolutely ridiculous how are you going to have a machine that the whole building has absolutely no access too. not to mention the extreme lack of helpfulness the worker seemed to show, if it was me i would have atleast went outside and looked to see if there was anything i could do manually for the person but i guess customer service these days ends at a “sorry”. absolutely going to consider switching banks due to the major inconvenience, i figured it was about time anyways and it’s a perfect opportunity to start a new fresh in january.
