- JCJesus CruzMay 30, 20255.0Great customer service. It's waiting area is great to chat with complete strangers. The customer service representative, Alissa , was very polite and professional. The branch was clean and had plenty of ATM machines. Two outside walk-up machines, one drive up machine, Two inside walk up ATM machines and three drive up teller lanes. The parking lot has plenty of parking lot spaces, and I feel safe.

They didn't have an appointment for a few weeks out and in a location further away from my house but it was the earliest so I took it. Once I was at their office and waiting for over 30 minutes to get a response, they told me I needed my marriage certificate to proceed with my request. I took time off work to come to the appointment and drove 30 minutes for nothing. They should of informed me of the documents they were going to need prior when I called initially. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
