  We were in this morning to conduct business Evelyn Garcia was the Personal Banker assisting us. I cannot begin to express how rude and unprofessional we found her to be. It’s really too bad because all other locations we have been to have provided excellent customer service. She however was so rude we are contemplating closing all accounts and banking elsewhere.

  If I could have rated less than one star I would have. The service was horrible and employees were rude. They took an hour to verify a check and the after waiting they asked me if I'd like to go somewhere else. . .like it wasn't the bank I bank with??.. wells fargo is my bank and have never been treated so poorly anywhere. The foothills location wells fargo is a joke.

  I've used this Branch Bank for 17 years. It can be a little crowded in the winter months and there's not a lot of room inside, but the staff is very friendly and professional, they provide all he services I've needed and parking is just outside the door.
