  I went to the Foothills branch by Wal-Mart on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Much to my surprise, there is no longer a drive-thru window available to me an longer. The day was quite windy and sunny. I tried the ATM by the front door, but gave up when the wind swept dust all over the screen and the sunshine did not help either. I then went inside, and the line was quite long, and decided this was not going to work as a "quick trip" to the bank. It seems as though more and more amenities are being taken away. If I did not have all of my important banking with this bank, and it would take a day or more to take my business elsewhere. It seems as though more and more amenites are being taken away and nothing in return for my business. I would never recommend Wells Fargo to anyone. My first disappointment was when my savings account went below $5,000 and I was charged a fee for investing in the bank. Wells Fargo is definitely NOT a customer "first" institution.
