Crazy how nobody wants to work here. Stood in the teller line for 20 minutes only one person at the window although there were three other employees standing behind the teller cages. I asked them why they didn't step up and help and they said they were busy they were not doing anything I finally had to leave because the line just wasn't moving

If I were you I would not come to this location the branch manager Mary Cruz is one of the worst managers arguing with her employees in the lobby while I was waiting for my appointment. Very unprofessional of her, don’t know who would hire her

I will NEVER return to this location. Last time I was here I waited 2 hours to talk to someone. Then I made an appointment to see someone at 4pm. Nope didn't happen. I have to be somewhere at 445pm. So my account will keep growing negative because I can't catch a break.

Probably had the worst experience I've had at any bank today. I arrived and there were only 4 people in line (1 at business line and 3 in normal). As I was there for business I got into the business line. The teller helped the man upfront of me and it took him almost 30minutes. I was in a hurry but I know he can't control everything so I waited patiently. By the time I approached the window I was the one longest in the store by far, regardless of the lines, but he refused to help me get a check and instead helped people in the normal line because there was more even though I was there LONGER and on business in a hurry. Worst customer experience I've ever had at a bank. Will probably not return to this branch again.
Not sure what the teller at the windows name was as I was in too great of a shock to even look when he refused to help me.
- I would like to note theres a very kind and helpful teller there(tall african-american gentleman with glasses) and I regret I will probanly not see him much anymore, but he's very kind and always waves to me while I am in line. He himself deserves a 5-star every time.

One should be able to talk to A real person. Poor service, do they even care about customer service
