- AAAnnaDec 5, 20251.0Extremely bad service. This used to be a comfortable branch but today was horrible . Wells Fargo messed up my card,denying me needed funds and treated me in a very poor manner overall. When I move I will go back to credit union. When a customer is upset management should work to assuage people, not pour gas on the fire.

- JEJulia ElkenAug 20, 20251.0First the positives: friendly employees and convenient location. The downside: Wells Fargo’s 9 AM opening time is incredibly late!!! And being closed on Saturdays is ridiculous. Chase JP Morgan (your competitor) is open 9am-1pm - you ought to take notes. Many of us start our days earlier and need to take care of banking before work or other commitments. With busy schedules, waiting until almost mid-morning just isn’t convenient! It would be great if you could open earlier and also open on Saturdays to better serve your customers.
