The level of inflexibility was surprising, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the company takes a close look at how this branch is being run, because the current approach doesn’t reflect well on the brand.

- BCBrandon CombsOct 30, 20251.0I have never been inside this bank with a line of less than 5 customers. This is because there are never enough tellers working the lobby. The bank forces you to come into the lobby to do certain types of transactions but then doesn’t support its customers with enough staff to move the line. Then, the tellers are irritated with you because you have one of those types of transactions for which you are required to come inside. Please, please, please add a teller during regular business hours.
