- MAmr aewSep 30, 20251.0the atm sucks. i tried to deposit cash 5 seperate times and the atm wouldnt accept it. and they shouldnt be taxing $5 a month for accounts that dont have a $500 balance. i know wells fargo isnt that desperate for money

Manager might not want to stand there and lie to the business line saying she tells the teller to pull 2 then 1 but then right in front of everyone she tells him who to pull and it’s NOT 2 then 1. Glad I don’t have a personal account with her. I would not go back.

- MWMelissa WestbrookMay 17, 20222.0I needed to have something notarized so I called my closest Wells Fargo to see if someone was available. I called 5 times after the North Oracle Road location opened at 9 am. No one answered the phone. I called the 800 number for Wells Fargo and I was told that that location did have a notary but that I needed to make an appointment. Since I could not get an answer on the phone, I went to the bank to make the appointment. I was not greeted by anyone and finally had to ask a teller for help. She said their notary person wasn’t there today and I asked to make an appointment. She said that could only be done online. I told her what the 800 number WF person said but she said that was wrong. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was on a phone call that would go at least 15 more minutes. I asked that the manager call me when she was done. I was told that would happen. The name on the card they gave me was Pamela Sullivan. I waited two hours at home but Ms. Sullivan never called me. I went to an Oro Valley location - 6 miles out of my way - and it was done quickly and courteously. We all have choices about where to bank. That branch needs to do better because if I have go further for good service, maybe I’m at the wrong bank.
