I have had an account with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and have never been so mad and disappointed. This was only the 2nd time I had dealt with Kody, that was enough. I will be pulling all my accounts due to disrespect and rudeness. So sad customer service is so bad now. Loyalty counts for nothing!

I tried calling local branches and finally on the 3rd try I reached Alexis at 7191 E. Golf Links in Tucson. She was patient and professional. Alexis told me she would have to transfer me, but would try to get me to a live representative. She was successful and I ended up getting help tracking a transaction. Ten minutes later, Alexis called me to make sure I was taken care of. I give Alexis 5 stars and many thanks for her timely professional help!
