  Worst place to bank extremely rude and incompetent employees, I will never ever bank here or bring my business here ever again.

  I don’t know what it is with the banks here in Tucson but this was the 2nd time I was turned away from an appt and the first time wasn’t bc I was late. About a week ago, I came to this location on Golf Links and spoke to the manager about opening a fiduciary account. She told me that they have what’s called a ‘Representative Payee’ account so she set up an appt for me the next day bc that was the earliest available appt they had. I needed to set up this account up so I could continue receiving payments from the VA for child support bc if not, they would stop payments. It was very time-consuming which is why I picked that day since it was the earliest available appt they had. I’m stationed at DM so this bank is right down the street from where I work. I was running late bc I realized I forgot my daughter’s social security card so I had to rush home…all the way towards the Vail/Rita Ranch area and back. By the time I got back to Golf Links I was stuck at a light. I walked into the bank at 1237 and my appt was at 1230. I didn’t know if I needed to wait in line or if I just have a seat. There was no sign saying if you have an appt to have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. I bank with Navy Federal so I rarely ever step foot in a bank so I didn’t know. I saw that the employees were busy with customers in their cubicles so I stood in the front lobby waiting for one of the employees to get done. Once I seen that the female employee was about to be done with her customers, I walk towards her cubicle and mentioned to her that I had an appt but I was running a little late and asked her if I needed to wait in line. She said no and told me I could have a seat. Two min later she comes over to me and asks what my first name was, she looked on the clipboard and asked to verify that I was here to open a new account. I said yes, right after that she tells me “We have a 5 min grace period, so we’re gonna have to reschedule your appt”. I’ve never heard of a 5 min grace period and no one mentioned that to me. Most places have a 10 min grace period. Smh, what a waste of time, again. I ended up going to Bank of America on Broadway to open the account and the customer service there was top tier. The manager even came over to me and made sure I was taken care of.

  I just saw Kody Berman and he helped us open a savings account for my son. Kody was super nice to us and he got us through the process very easy and quick. I highly recommend Kody.
