- RRRachelAug 28, 20251.0The teller I spoke with was a dream. Very sweet. However the banker I spoke with was atrocious. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unhelpful. Didn’t seem interested in resolving issues that arose. I will not be back to this location, and I will not be banking here in the future as a result of my interaction here.
- JEJulia ElkenAug 20, 20251.0First the positives: friendly employees and convenient location. The downside: Wells Fargo’s 9 AM opening time is incredibly late!!! And being closed on Saturdays is ridiculous. Chase JP Morgan (your competitor) is open 9am-1pm - you ought to take notes. Many of us start our days earlier and need to take care of banking before work or other commitments. With busy schedules, waiting until almost mid-morning just isn’t convenient! It would be great if you could open earlier and also open on Saturdays to better serve your customers.
