- PBPaul BJan 2, 20261.0Been with Wells Fargo since 2001. Went to the bank for a money order...and was charged a fee for it. Loyal customer and hit with a service fee. (Walmart fee for them are something cheaper.) So much for loyalty to a company. Time to find a bank with better customer service.

However, this turned out to be the worst, most offensive, and disrespectful service I have ever experienced at a bank. During my 30-minute wait, I witnessed two other customers also expressing their frustration and complaining about the poor service. This clearly reflects a broader issue of unprofessionalism and inefficiency at this location. This experience has seriously made me choose to go with another bank.

I have been struggling with the phone side of Wells Fargo, I came into this branch and the manager (I forgot his name Manuel I think) anyway he was nothing but professional and kind to me. He apologized for something he nothing to do with. He set up an appointment with me same day and I had the pleasure of having Julian help me. Because of the situation, yes it took time but the end result worked out better than I expected. As I sat with Julian I also saw another young lady help another two customers and she was nothing but polite and professional. Considering the stress I have been dealing with my dad in the hospital, the staff at this location brought a lot of weight off my shoulders. Thank you.
