He was so professional, dressed smartly and assisted me quickly. Raul was also very kind and patient with the elderly couple that were ahead of me. He addressed all their needs and answered all of their questions they had. Raul also thanked the elderly couple and my parents for their longtime relationship with WF (and their previous name changes). Raul thank you for being amazing.

He scheduled another appointment with the mortgage banker (his name is Charlie, I could not remember his last na) on Saturday this week at 10:00 AM so that I could join in. We showed up as promise with more documents for the process, yet he was not there. The staffs were nice to greet us and help us locate where Charlie is. A personal banker called and talked to Charlie, then he told us that Charlie was on his way to Phoenix and would like to reschedule to another appointment. This is so unprofessional on so many level. I'm working in Phoenix and had to made a 2-hour drive back to Tucson to come to the appointment and a reschedule is all I got ?!! I hope this is not the way the branch or Wells Fargo treat their customers. I would surely not come back to this branch again.
