    If I was a "secret shopper" at Thornydale Wells Fargo, they'd get a big fat FAIL today. I bought rupees from this Wells Fargo branch several years ago when I made a trip to India. When I tried to exchange them for US dollars upon my return, they said they weren't taking them at that time due to unrest in India. So I put them in my safe deposit box and forgot about them. When I took them back today, several years later, they couldn't "find the picture of Gandhi" that matched my rupees, so they couldn't exchange them. No explanation or checking to see WHY they can't be exchanged; no offering alternative solutions. Basically, the "foreign transaction specialist" couldn't match the picture on whatever website he was looking at. I wouldn't be so annoyed except I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the 1 person who can do foreign transactions to become available ~ out of 10 visible workers, many doing nothing. (They got 1 star for politeness.)

    Always waiting more than 10 minutes to cash a check!!! Should always be at least to cashier's to help!!!

    Its bank. The lines for customers both inside and the drive thru move differently all the time. The staff are friendly and professional. Been coming here for yearsssssss....
