But we are all on the clock.The employees tell us we have to come in for service before 3 but branch closes at 5. 2 to 3 people from the line get taken before a merchant customer. Im on the clock and sometimes I cant come at 3 or before 3. We are all running a business and I totally understand how overtime works. Before being told to come by 3 I made it to bank by 4 to 430 because of this issue. The employees told us that they have to stay and count and go into overtime when we come so late and that we are no longer being taken so late. Please fix this problem its hurting your branch employees because we get upset with them, and its hurting your clients who pay for the service.

The way they run business is disgusting and the way they treat their merchant clientele is A huge spit in the face, whenever you try to bring any complaints to their attention, no one can help and unfortunately everything is left in district manager hands and the only way to get in contact with the district manager is through a Google review. This is not my first issue with the bas in this area and I have yet to receive a phone call or email from anyone in charge. So please to the district manager in charge of this area really start to pay attention with what the people have to say if your bank gets this many negative reviews you should probably start doing some thing about it.
