When it was finally my turn I pull up and the teller tells me she can't help me because it's after 5pm and I just got there. I advised her I had been waiting for over 20 mins. I got there way before 5pm because I left work early to be sure I got there prior to closing time. As she's telling me she can't help me she continues to help the gentleman that get there AFTER me. Her excuse was "they checked the camera and my car wasn't seen until after 5pm.ç I'm livid. I've been with Wells Fargo since I was a teenager and was able to open a bank account. I'll be moving banks.
