- TAT AFeb 27, 20251.0Worst bank ever! Some banks give money for new accounts, but not them. Instead, they actually shut down new accounts if no money is deposited for a few months. They see an account with no money and think, ‘Let’s close it.’ I had heard some bad reviews about them, but my mistake was not believing them. And here I am now—this bank has the worst regulations.

Branch manager, Laura, came over and introduced herself. Reminded me of old time banking where they actually cared about their clients. Switching all of my accounts from Chase over due to the personal touch. In addition, I am going to end up saving interest on my loan!!! I highly recommend asking for Matthew or Laura if you need anything banking related. Excited to start my relationship with NBAZ and this particular branch. Pro tip: they will validate your parking if you park in the garage.
